Mechanical Plant Maintenance

The qualification has been designed for those learners who require specific knowledge and skills within the maintenance sector of engineering. The qualification is made-up of a combination of theory and practical units such as working in engineering, health and Safety, principles of maintenance technology, carrying out fault diagnosis and maintaining mechanical equipment, and carrying out preventative planned maintenance on mechanical equipment

TSuccessfully completed the Senior Secondary School.
Candidates seeking admission into this qualification will be required to sit a selection test or a pre-assessment to ascertain their eligibility of studying qualification.
