Food safety in Catering
The Food Safety in Catering qualifications are suitable for anybody, whether in a supervisory position or those working directly with food. Level 2 Award in Food Safety in Catering will suit you if you already work in a job where food safety is important. Level 3 Award in Supervising Food Safety in Catering will suit you if you have worked in the catering industry, probably in a supervisory role where you have responsibility for food safety.
Three (3) – Five (5) days
Successfully completed the Senior Secondary School, and is employed or intend to work in the catering and hospitality industry.
Candidates seeking admission into this course will be required to sit a pre-assessment to ascertain their eligibility of studying course.

Level 2 Award in Food Safety in Catering or Level 3 Award in Supervising Food Safety for Catering
