Successfully completed the Senior Secondary School Education and offered subjects such as: Biology, Chemistry, Mathematics and English Language.

Content
We offer a host of hospitality and catering qualifications including food safety, designed to suit different learning needs across every sector within the Hospitality and Catering industry. This portfolio of qualifications has been developed in conjunction with industry experts who have helped shape their continuing development, making them highly valued by employers.

  • Food Preparation and Culinary Arts: – This qualification has been developed for those working within the catering industry and covers all the main elements of food preparation as well as specialist patisserie knowledge and skills. This is available at levels 1, 2 and 3, and is ideal for a range of candidates, from those new to the kitchen to experienced professionals.
  • Food and Beverage Services: – This qualification will enable you to demonstrate specialist knowledge and skills such as hot and cold beverage service skills, customer service skills, handling payments, food service skills, and restaurant management.

Assessment
For these qualifications, learners will be required to complete the following assessments:

  • A multiple choice, online or written test.
  • Your practical skills will be assessed through assignments and demonstrations observed by qualified assessors.

All assignments are externally set, internally marked and externally verified.
